Chief Executive Officer for MyCSP Ltd
Matt joined MyCSP as Chief Executive Officer on 1 August 2016.
Matt joined from the Department for Work and Pensions where for the last 9 years he has held a number of senior roles, most recently as Director of Contracted Employment Programmes supporting jobseekers back into work.
Matt is a chartered accountant and past positions including working at both Andersen and Deloitte. He is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales [ICAEW]
Chief Finance Officer
Neville joined MyCSP in February 2012 as Chief Finance Officer.
He was appointed to the MyCSP Board on 1 November 2013.
Neville has 15 years' experience in senior roles in BPO organisations, most recently as Finance Director at Ventura/Capita one of the UK’s leading outsourcers partnering with blue chip and government organisations, including O2, Sky, Google and the Department for Work and Pensions.
He has extensive experience in negotiating contracts, providing commercial solutions and improving profitability.
Neville is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Chief Information Officer
During his last three years at MyCSP, Joe has led the business through the transformation of its IT infrastructure, systems and processes to modernise its service delivery.
This has involved the opening of a Enquiry Centre and training facility, the roll-out of new IT and telephony equipment to over 250 users within 12 months, the amalgamation of three offices into one new location and the transfer of another office to a new location.
In September 2014, Joe was responsible for managing the transfer of payroll systems from the previous administrator of the Civil Service Pension Scheme over to MyCSP. This included the implementation of new pension administration software and the migration of over 30 million electronic items and 258,000 files resulting in 658,000 payments each month.
He has also overseen the launch of a new intranet for MyCSP, a secure file sharing extranet for employers and a new website for the Civil Service Pension Scheme.
Head of Human Resources
Jenny possesses 10+ years’ experience in private and public sector within Financial Services, Professional Services and Education.
She has experience in developing people processes to enable managers to manage people well and drive high performance. Her areas of expertise include change management, employee relations and employee engagement.
Prior to joining MyCSP, David previously worked in a similar role within the housing sector in London for five years. His current remit spans employee and member communications, events, PR, marketing and public affairs.
Before his role in housing he delivered award-winning corporate communications for online retailer Shop Direct Group, working on well-known brands such as Littlewoods and Very.co.uk. In that role he managed the communications of the merger of Littlewoods Home Shopping and Great Universal and the sale of both the Littlewoods stores and the Index retail store businesses.
Company Secretary - Governance & Legal Services
Sharon has 25+ years’ experience in senior governance, policy and major project roles within Central Government and financial services.
She has experience in delivering improved customer outcomes via large projects, multi-agency programmes and continuous improvement schemes. Her expertise lies in corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial services in public, private and social enterprise sectors.
Business Development Director
Christian has more than 15 years’ experience and track record in developing successful public-private partnerships with Central Government, Local Government and NHS organisations across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Property, Infrastructure and Regulatory Services.
He has a management consulting background, specialising in service transformation and commercialisation.
Christian joined MyCSP from Capita, one of the UK’s leading outsourcing companies where he held a number of senior roles including Director of Capita’s Local Government management consulting business and Solutions Director for developing Capita’s major long-term partnerships with public-sector organisations, including DETR, Railtrack, the NAAFI, Leicestershire NHS Trust, Blackburn council, the London Borough of Barnet and North Tyneside council.
