MyCSP competes against international giants and scoops four Employer Brand Management Awards

15 Oct 2020

MyCSP is delighted to have scooped four awards at the prestigious Communicate Magazine 2020 Employer Brand Management Awards, which recognise excellence in communication between businesses and their employees.

MyCSP had to fight off stiff competition from hundreds of exceptionally high-calibre entries, including those from corporate giants RBS, SAP and Mars, to be recognised for its outstanding employer-employee communications.  MyCSP’s fantastic achievements were acknowledged by being awarded Gold in the category of ‘Best communication of the employer brand to the internal audience’ which recognises excellence in the way in which an employer brand strategy, culture change programme or values alignment is communicated to an organisation’s internal audience

Andrew Thomas, publisher of Communicate magazine and founder of the Employer Brand Management Awards, said; “There has never been a year like 2020. Companies have had to cope with furloughing and with redundancies, and employees have dealt with insecurity and fear and the all the many challenges that have come from working from home: from communications, IT, space and health and wellbeing,”

David Boardman, MyCSP’s Director of communications and engagement, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to win not just one, but four awards at the first ever virtual Employer Brand Management Awards. We constantly strive to provide the very best employer-employee relations, and we understand that strong communication is key in doing this outcome.  The four awards recognise MyCSP’s long-term commitment to providing what we aim to be first class, innovative and engaging internal communications.  We are particularly delighted to have been recognised in these awards whilst up against such high-calibre competitors, and especially in today’s challenging times of Covid 19.”

MyCSP also won three Bronze awards for its works on behalf of Civil Service Pensions as follows:

  • Best communication of the employer brand to the internal audience
  • Best ongoing commitment to employer brand management
  • Best employer brand management from the financial services sector

The winners were announced through a virtual awards event, the first ever in the awards’ five-year history.
