Pension services provider MyCSP has launched its 2016 Talent Programme, a special training initiative for 12 talented individuals.

‘MyCSP’s Got Talent’ is open to all employee partners and is the company’s way of developing talent from within the business, offering the 12 employees an opportunity to grow into future technical, business and people leaders.

The chosen participants were all selected for the 12 month training programme based on a series of tests, including psychometric assessments and interview. The candidates will be rewarded with ongoing opportunities to undertake on-the-job training, masterclasses, networking and formal qualifications, such as project management qualification PRINCE2 and IT service management certificate ITIL.

The official talent programme launch event saw the 12 successful candidates spend a full day of training at the Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool, where a day of film-making, creative brainstorming and Jeremy Paxman-style interviews took place.

David Boardman, Communications Director said, “At MyCSP we’re committed to growing our own talent and nurturing colleagues so they can reach their full potential. This is an opportunity for MyCSP employee partners to really shine within the company. ”
