The Civil Service Compensation Scheme (CSCS) sets out the level of compensation that departments can pay their staff if they leave under voluntary or compulsory redundancy.
As MyCSP estimates, calculates and pays compensation for redundancy programmes, we have pooled our knowledge and experience from administrating the Scheme and tailored specific employer and member engagement seminars to support them through the process.
Our Civil Service Compensation Scheme Awareness course covers the responsibilities of the employer when managing early exits and redundances, including the communications process and the benefits that are offered to members.
The member engagement sessions are designed for those who may be affected by an early exit exercise, or are potentially at risk of redundancy through the Civil Service Compensation Scheme. The course provides members of the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme with relevant information around the options available.
